X.Light creates a turnkey exhibition stand for Cotopaxi and Teva at Sport-Achat Été

For the Sport-Achat Été trade show at Grenoble Alpexpo, X.Light supported Cotopaxi and Teva in creating their shared exhibition space.

The objective was to design a functional and modular stand that could showcase both brand identities while providing an effective setting for presenting their collections.

A project designed in advance

With its VIP Rental Service, X.Light’s involvement begins well before the event opens. The team designs the stand layout, selects the most suitable furniture and organises each area according to the exhibitors’ needs, from product displays to meeting and working spaces.

For this project, modular wooden furniture created a warm and consistent environment that could be easily adapted to the different collections.

A fully managed service

Once the design is approved, the X.Light team handles the transportation, on-site installation and final adjustments before the exhibitors arrive.

At the end of the event, the team also takes care of dismantling the stand and collecting all the furniture.
