X.Light Story #1: A Phone Call from London at 6 AM…

Monday, October 5th, 6 AM. My phone rings. A British number. I call back at 8 AM… and discover a rather urgent situation!

On the other end of the line is FLEXITOG, a British company specializing in protective clothing against the cold. Just 24 hours before the Préventica trade show at Eurexpo Lyon, their exhibition stand contractor has let them down!

A Solution Found in Just a Few Hours

After a few conversations, we find the perfect solution: our X.Wood clothing racks and X.Stage shelves, ideal for displaying their products.

That same afternoon, their sales representative flies in from London, picks up a vehicle in Lyon and heads to our showroom to collect the equipment. By that evening, everything is set up at Eurexpo, ready for the exhibition to open!

“You Saved Us!”

On Thursday evening, after three days at the show, our client returns all the equipment and tells me:

“You saved us!”

I reply: “My pleasure! But by the way, how did you find us?”

His answer? “ChatGPT.”
